Information about difficulties with IONITY chargers

IONITY is making changes within its own IT system, which process is expected to be completed in the second half of October 2023, according to IONITY. The ongoing modification of the IONITY background system may cause difficulty in starting charging, and in some cases may make roaming charges started with the Mobiliti RFID or in the Mobiliti application impossible.

Mobiliti has no influence on the operation of the IONITY system. We ask for the patience and understanding of our customers until the work is completed.
