Dear Customer,

Our Mobiliti Team is constantly working on providing a reliable and high quality service for our customers.

On 28th September 2020, Monday night from 9 pm until midnight we will perform a partial system update on the IT backend system of our Mobilitiapplication.

While the update is in progress, the chargers can not be started and the status can not be checked in the Mobiliti application for the following chargers: 22 kWAC and 22 kW DC e-Mobi chargers, and 50 kW DC Mobiliti chargers at Auchan stores. During the update start charging with a Mobiliti charging key the Bankcard charges and invoicing will be fulfilled later. If you would like to start charging in the application around this time, we recommend you to start charging before 20:30 at the latest because you will not have the option for this until the update is finished.
