Dear Partner,

Thank you for choosing Mobiliti and ordering the free Charging Key (RFID) to make the charging process easier than ever before.

13 simple steps to order your Charging key:

1.  Open the Mobiliti application.

2.  Open your profile by clicking the icon in the bottom left corner.

3.  Add your bank card details and billing address in order to order and use your Charging key and the Mobiliti chargers.

4.  Select Payment to add, modify or delete your bank card details.

5.  Select Accounting to add or delete your accounting address.

6.  Select Keys option after you successfully added your bank card and billing information.

7.  Click the Order physical key button.

8.  Add your delivery address to receive the Charging key. It can be your accounting address or you can add a different one.

9.  Click the Order button after giving all required data.

10.  Select OK if your delivery address is correct.

11.  A pop-up window will inform you about the successful ordering.

12.  You can see the delivery status under Key orders in the Keys menu.

13.  If you do not receive your Charging key in 10 business days, please let us know: help@mobiliti.hu.
