As a Fleet Customer, you can charge your car at 1700 charging points in Hungary. In addition to public charging stations, Mobiliti's charging service is available nationwide in the car parks of supermarkets, shopping malls, hotels, and restaurants, as well as at chargers at Shell refuelling stations.

Using our roaming service, our customers can charge their car at hundreds of thousands of charging stations across Europe.

In addition to the convenience of using the “physical customer key” in the fleet, as a Fleet Member, you can also benefit from using the award-winning Mobiliti app. If the Fleet Manager assigns the private Mobiliti app registration of the Fleet Member to the company's fleet contract (specifically to the company's physical customer key, also known as RFID), you will also be able to see the following data for company cars:

 

Real-time data for the charging station:

  • location (address),
  • type (AC/DC, and their power),
  • real-time occupancy data (available/unoccupied/faulty/last time used),
  • charging price (HUF / kWh or HUF / min; in any case, the price for the given fleet is displayed).

Start and stop charging options:

  • push message on successful start of charging (even if it was initiated with RFID),
  • the possibility of starting and stopping charging via the app (it is possible even on a charger where the RFID reader is not integrated).

Data on charging in progress:

  • How long has it been charging?
  • What is the charging power?
  • How much does the charging cost?
  • In the case of DC charging, the vehicle's battery charge status (e.g., 86%).
  • Push message about stop charging.

Data on finished charging:

  • e-mail-based charging summary after each charging,
  • periodic statistics (year/day/month) -> e.g. to monitor individual spending limits for charging,
  • an overview of finished chargings.

As a Fleet Member, what do you need to do to complete the assignment?

0. A prerequisite to be assigned is that you must already have a Mobiliti fleet physical key.

If you do not have it yet, please ask your Fleet Manager.

1. Download the Mobiliti app, or if you have already downloaded it, always update it to the latest version.

2. Register your (personal) company e-mail address in the Mobiliti app.

(You do not need to enter your credit card details after registration.)

3. Send the e-mail address you provided during registration to the Fleet Manager.

4. The fleet manager will invite you to the fleet portal.

(Only the Fleet Manager has access to the fleet portal, the Fleet Member doesn’t.)

5. The system will notify you when you become a fleet member. Wait for the confirmation messages.

6. IMPORTANT: Set the company’s physical customer key as default.

How can you start charging?

1. From mobile:

1.1.  Make sure that your company customer key is selected as default.

1.2.  Connect the vehicle to the charger.

1.3.  Start charging from the Mobiliti app.

1.4.  Wait for the clicking sound of the charger.

1.5. Check the push message that you receive in the Mobiliti app about charging.

2. With a physical customer key (RFID):

2.1. Connect the vehicle to the charger.

2.2. Long press the token against the charging column.

2.3. For DC chargers, follow the instructions on the display.

2.4. Wait for the clicking sound of the charger.

2.5. Check the push message that you receive in the Mobiliti app about starting charging.

 

Where can you see your charging in progress?

In the Mobiliti app, you can monitor the status of your charging in progress.

 

How can you stop charging?

Tip: Regardless of whether you started charging with the Mobiliti app or with a physical customer key, you can stop charging in one of the following two ways:

1. From mobile:

1.1. Drag the slider “Drag to stop” on the Charging in progress screen.

1.2. Wait for the clicking sound of the charger.

1.3. Disconnect the charging cable from the vehicle.

2. With a physical customer key (RFID):

2.1. Touch the charging key to the marked surface on the charger.

2.2. Wait for the clicking sound of the charger.

2.3. Disconnect the charging cable from the vehicle.

 

Can charging be stopped remotely?

Yes, with the Mobiliti application, this is possible. After charging, please leave the charging station immediately so that it is available to others.

 

What to do if charging does not start?

Please contact our 24-hour customer service at the phone number displayed at the service station.

 

Who pays for charging?

If you start charging with your company’s physical customer key or by selecting the company’s customer key in the Mobiliti app on your mobile phone, the company will pay for it according to the terms of the Mobiliti fleet contract.

(The company receives the invoice directly. For the Fleet Manager, charging/spending reports for individual Fleet Members are also available on the Fleet Portal.)

 

How much does fleet charging cost?

The cost of charging is based on the costs displayed in the Mobiliti app and in the charging summaries. For roaming charging, always check current pricing.

Fees for roaming charging abroad are also invoiced in HUF through the Mobiliti invoicing system.

 

What should I do if the Fleet Member has not selected the correct customer key as default, and therefore the fee of charging is charged to his/her private bank card?

Unfortunately, there is no possibility of a refund or re-booking.
