What happens after filling in the form?

  1. Credit rating: Our team performs a credit rating based on publicly available company registration data. Based on the assessment carried out, our Company may make the commencement of the service subject to the provision of financial security, the form and amount of which will be provided during the contracting process. Why is a credit rating necessary? Because the service is paid for by our fleet users in arrears, we need to make certain of the creditworthiness of our prospective partners before signing a contract. (The analysis is carried out in accordance with the MVM Group guidelines.)
  2. We contact you: Within two working days, a member of our team will contact you and inform you about the contracting process and present you with a draft contract.
  3. We sign a contract: The contract is signed by both parties. Bail account: A bail account is opened if the credit rating justifies it.
  4. Customer “onboarding” process: The practical things you need to do to use the service are as follows:

 

The steps of the customer onboarding process:

  1. Download the Mobiliti app: Download and install the Mobiliti app on a suitable smartphone.
  2. Sign up for the Mobiliti app: you need to register a customer account for your company or institution. Please use an e-mail address dedicated for this purpose, e.g.: mobiliti(at)companyname.hu. You do not need to enter your bank card details to register.
  3. Set a billing address in the “Billing data” menu using the “Add billing details” button. You can change your billing address at any time in the Fleet Portal.
  4. Send us the e-mail address you used to register for the Mobiliti app.
  5. Our colleague will then convert the profile to a Fleet account.
  6. Log into the Mobiliti Flotta portal at fleet.mobiliti.hu with the e-mail address and password you entered in the Mobiliti app. Our colleague will help you become familiar with the Fleet service and the Fleet Portal in practice.
  7. Set the preferred billing method for your company or institution.
  8. Order the tokens (also known as physical customer keys) that you need for charging by clicking on the “Order tokens” button in the “Tokens” menu of the Mobiliti Fleet portal. Once we have received your payment, for security reasons, the inactive tokens will be sent to you.
  9. Activate the tokens, then name them as you wish, and distribute them to fleet member users.
  10. Charge freely at charging points in the range of Mobiliti services and available with Mobiliti, including the IONITY charging network.
