Guest charging

Our Mobiliti chargers can be used without a registration in our Mobiliti application.
Charging sessions can be started on start.mobiliti.hu after reading and agreeing to our Terms of Use documents and providing the following informations:
- e-mail address,
- name,
- tax number (in case of a legal entity),
- phone number,
- billing address,
- and the details of your bankcard used for payment.
After providing these informations you have to pay 20000 HUF in advance for guest charging and we charge you a handling fee of 500 HUF for using this service.
After a successful payment we send you an email with the link for your charging session. By clicking the link the charging page opens, and you need to provide the following informations:
- ID of the charger you would like to use (5 digits, it can be found on the charger)
- the connector you would like to use.
After choosing the connector you should plug in your car to the selected side, and start charging.
If it’s successful the Ongoing charging session page opens where you can end your charging by clicking the Stop charging button.
When you finish your charging session the charging cost is deducted from the 20000 HUF deposit, and the rest is returned to you.
